Formed by the combined efforts of the fields of medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, public health, and nursing, this initiative aims to broaden the international outlook of Taiwanese youth through their perspectives and viewpoints, showcasing Taiwan’s strength and contributions in healthcare and medicine on the global stage.

Annual Project for This Year

Taiwan Healthcare Youth Alliance for WHA 2025

In order to establish a more unified and representative voice externally, strengthen the participation of Taiwanese youth in international affairs, and ensure the sustainable engagement of students and young professionals representing Taiwan on the global stage, the former youth delegation members have officially founded the Taiwan Healthcare Youth Alliance starting from September 2024.

The Alliance aims to sustainably, diversely, and comprehensively unite young talents in Taiwan’s health and medical fields, collectively advancing Taiwan’s international participation and fostering deeper cooperation with countries around the world, while showcasing the strength and vitality of Taiwanese youth.

Focused on Taiwanese youth aged 18 to 30 in the fields of health and medicine, the Alliance promotes citizen diplomacy, advocates for international support for Taiwan’s inclusion in the WHO, and facilitates meaningful and sustainable youth engagement in international affairs. Through these efforts, it seeks to expand Taiwan’s international presence, enhance interactions with international organizations, and increase Taiwan’s global visibility.
